Omakon operates in Canada and supplies seafood and related products to wholesale and retail clients.

2. Eligibility
You must:
Be at least 18 years old
Have legal authority to enter into binding agreements
Provide accurate and complete information
Wholesale accounts may require approval prior to access.
3. Products & Availability
All products:
Are subject to availability
May be limited in quantity
May be withdrawn at any time
Are subject to change without notice
Due to the nature of seafood sourcing, availability, size, grade, and origin may vary.
We reserve the right to:
Refuse service
Cancel orders
Limit quantities per customer
4. Pricing
All prices:
Are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated
Are subject to change without notice
May exclude applicable taxes and shipping
Wholesale pricing may differ from retail pricing.
Invoiced wholesale accounts are subject to agreed payment terms.
5. Payment Terms
Retail Orders
Payment is due at checkout via approved payment processors.
We do not store full credit card details.
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale accounts may be:
Prepaid
Credit-approved with invoicing via QuickBooks Online
Failure to pay within agreed terms may result in:
Suspension of account
Cancellation of future orders
Collection proceedings where necessary
6. Allocation & Limited Releases (Kaimami)
Certain products may be offered on an allocation basis.
Allocation does not guarantee availability until:
Order confirmation is issued
Payment is successfully processed
We reserve the right to:
Decline allocation requests
Limit quantities
Cancel allocations if sourcing conditions change
Allocation-based purchases may be final sale.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
Weather
Customs or inspection authorities
Carrier delays
Events beyond our control
Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.
Customers must inspect goods immediately upon receipt and report issues within [24–48 hours].
8. Perishable Goods & Returns
Seafood products are perishable.
All perishable items are:
Final sale
Non-returnable
Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within [24 hours] of receipt with photographic evidence.
We reserve the right to determine resolution at our discretion.
9. Food Safety Disclaimer
Products must be:
Stored properly
Handled according to food safety standards
Consumed responsibly
We are not liable for improper handling after delivery.
Consumers are responsible for verifying any allergies or dietary restrictions.
10. Intellectual Property

Images
Text
Branding
Is owned by Omakon or licensed to Omakon.
No material may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability

Business interruption
Data loss
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for failure to perform due to:

Labor disputes
Acts beyond reasonable control
13. Account Termination

Suspend or terminate accounts
Refuse future service
Cancel pending orders
