Rooted in over 50 years of family legacy in premium seafood supply, Omakon (short for Omakase Connection) was born from the belief that sourcing ingredients should feel as intentional and inspired as the dishes they help create. We source directly from Toyosu Market—the heart of Japan’s seafood trade—and work only with trusted vendors and auction partners. Every order is packed to specification, inspected for quality, and shipped with care. It’s a process built on two pillars of Japanese culture:
